The loose film recovery program currently helps divert roughly 8 million pounds of plastic out of our local landfills every year.
After the initial setup on the loose film program, Westcoast will drop off storage bins that fit your particular recycling need. A collection truck will then be sent to your location on a
weekly, bi-monthy or monthly basis, depending on the volume of plastic your company is generating. Most of the common film plastic that Westcoast Plastic Recycling collects are from either the high or low density
polyethylene family and a small amount of polypropylene. |
